Guesthouse Leon is more than just a place to stay. Our house originally stood in the village of Mykines and was later moved and rebuilt here in Tórshavn. It carries a quiet piece of Faroese history, shaped by island life, warm hospitality, and a sense of home.
Today, Guesthouse Leon offers a peaceful and comfortable stay at Fútalág 4 in Tórshavn — close to the city centre, cafés, shops, and the harbour, while still giving you a calm place to relax after a day of exploring the Faroe Islands.
Our mission is simple: to provide quality accommodation in Tórshavn at a fair price, combined with the essential comforts and facilities that make traveling easier. Guesthouse Leon is run with care, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality. The house has five rooms: two larger rooms (13 m²) and three smaller rooms (8 m²). Guests share two bathrooms, a comfortable living area, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. Whether you stay for a few nights or a longer period, you will have everything you need: free WiFi, TV with international channels, washing and drying facilities, storage space, and a smoke-free, child-friendly environment.
We aim to create a calm, welcoming, and uncomplicated atmosphere. There is no corporate hotel feeling here – instead, you get a homey environment where you can prepare your own food, plan your adventures, and enjoy your stay at your own pace.
